I generally take skincare very seriously using various cleanser and masks mainly organic. Although I regularly use a facial brush until the last few days I had never used an electronic one. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at not only how easy the Kingdomcares Facial Cleansing Brush is to use but also the difference it made to my skin and the time it saved me in my routine.
I have a slightly dry skin type and regularly use coconut oil to moisturise so was hoping that this wouldn’t be too harsh as my skin is quite sensitive.
Firstly, the facial brush comes really well packaged and protected so would be a great choice as a gift and as it is available in multiple colours you could purchase this for either a male or female. I personally chose the rose coloured one.
Opening the box I was surprised at how small it was. For some reason I was expecting something bigger but honestly the smaller the better especially when working the face area.
The Kingdomcares facial brush is very ergonomically designed and feels nice and comfortable in hand. It is actually the perfect size for what it is. The silicone outer feels extremely nice and soft and also provides a good grip when in use. There are a multitude of small silicone heads (938 to be exact) at the top of the brush that all work together to provide a good facial massage and cleanse.
At the front of the brush is the power button in the centre and underneath there are + and – buttons to help you control the amount of vibration that you would like. At the back is a covered power port for you to charge the brush with the included charger wire. This wire plugs into any USB plug you have available for example a phone or tablet charger.
The clear instruction guide makes using this facial brush a doddle if you have never used one before and clearly explains how to access both the cleaning and massage modes. During charging which takes several hours the LED light at the bottom flashes and when the unit is fully charged the light turns off.
Whilst in use the brush feels really nice on my skin the vibrations were very relaxing and gentle and all in all a really enjoyable experience. The little bobble shaped end is perfect for getting to the smaller areas of your face, like the sides of the nose ensuring a good clean. Used in conjunction with my normal cleanser / exfoliator wash, this brush produced better results than my manual brush in a shorter amount of time. Most importantly it was a lot more gentle on my skin.
After cleansing I used the massage / muscle relieving mode and could have easily kept using this on my face for hours as it was really relaxing.
The silicon heads are extremely easy to clean with a quick rinse and generally my whole experience of this product was superb. My only pitfall is that it can’t be used whilst plugged in, which would make it a lot more convenient for when you forget to charge it but that is understandable due to safety issues.
It is a facial brush that I would recommend and a great first experience of a brush of this type.
